Back on a balmy, almost-summer day in June, we had the good fortune to dress the tables for the first pop-up dinner at a private villa in Camps Bay. This stunning venue played host to Chef Herorose as he prepared a 4-course meal for an intimate group of invited guests.
The evening began at sunset with the first course served pool-side under a brilliant red sky. Whilst guests enjoyed a run tasting with Golden Ratio Rum in the secret garden, we moved the entire tablescape upstairs to the grand room, which served as the perfect backdrop to three more delicious dishes.
